Everything your agents know how to do

Every capability, one by one: what it is, how to use it and what it needs. This is the reference guide to get the most out of your agents.

01

Conversation

Talk to your agents, by typing or by voice.

Chat with AI

What it is

Your main interface: you type and the agent replies with memory of the conversation, with tables and lists when they help, and with the option to download the answer.

How to use it

  1. 1Open Chat in the menu and pick the agent.
  2. 2Write your message and send it; the agent will use its tools while answering.
  3. 3Attach images or files in the same message if the task needs them.
  4. 4Download the answer from the message itself if you want it as a document.

Tips

  • Shift + Enter adds a line break without sending the message.
  • Every conversation keeps its history: come back to it whenever you want.

Voice dictation

What it is

Speak instead of typing: your voice is transcribed and sent as a message, in whatever language you speak.

How to use it

  1. 1Press the microphone in the message box.
  2. 2Speak normally and check what appears in the field.
  3. 3Send it as is, or fix it before sending.

Tips

  • It works better with headphones or in a quiet place.
  • If your browser can't dictate, you can dictate with your own OpenAI key from Settings.

Requires The built-in dictation is billed per minute; with your own key there is no platform cost.

02

Vision and documents

Let the agent read what you see: images, PDFs and files.

Images and PDF

What it is

Send a photo, a screenshot or a PDF and the agent reads it: it describes what's there, pulls the data out of an invoice or summarises a long document.

How to use it

  1. 1Attach the image or PDF with the clip (or drag it into the chat).
  2. 2Ask whatever you need about that file.
  3. 3If the data must be exact, ask for it as a table so you can copy it.

Tips

  • Images must be under 5 MB.
  • A scanned PDF (no text layer) is processed as an image: it understands those too.

Requires Needs a model with vision; iflow-v1 already has it.

Files and documents

What it is

Each agent has its own file space: what you upload and what the agent generates. It can read, summarise or transform any of them.

How to use it

  1. 1Upload files to the chat or to the agent's space.
  2. 2Ask it to work with them: summarise, compare or convert.
  3. 3Review everything in Files, where you can download or delete.

Tips

  • Storage is per account; your files never mix with anyone else's.

03

Web

Search and actually visit pages.

Real browser (JavaScript)

What it is

When a page needs JavaScript to show its content, the agent opens a real browser, renders it and can interact with it: click, search within it and navigate.

How to use it

  1. 1Ask for a specific page, or let the agent decide when search isn't enough.
  2. 2The agent opens the page, waits for it to load and comes back with the content.
  3. 3Ask for a screenshot if you need to see the result, not just read it.

Tips

  • There is a daily page limit per account.
  • If a page gets stuck, the render is cut off after 40 seconds.

04

Skills and MCP

Extend your agents with your own know-how and with external tools.

Your own skills

What it is

Package your own procedure —rules, steps, criteria— into a skill. The agent will invoke it when the task fits.

How to use it

  1. 1Create the skill in Skills with its description and instructions.
  2. 2Test it with the run button to check it does what you expect.
  3. 3Ask the agent for a task that fits and it will use it on its own.

Tips

  • The clearer the description, the better it knows when to apply it.

MCP servers

What it is

Connect MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and your agents gain whatever tools they expose, without us having to build them.

How to use it

  1. 1Add the server in Connections → MCP (URL and authentication).
  2. 2Assign it to the agent that should use it.
  3. 3The agent will see its tools and use them when needed.

Tips

  • You can have several servers per account and split them across agents.
  • Authentication accepts headers or JSON, whichever the server asks for.

05

Apps

Work inside your tools: content, store, ERP and email.

WordPress · WooCommerce

What it is

The agent manages your WordPress like an editor would: posts, pages and comments; and if you run WooCommerce, products and orders too.

How to use it

  1. 1Connect the site in Settings → WordPress/WooCommerce (URL and credentials).
  2. 2Assign the site to the agent.
  3. 3Ask for the task: "publish an article about…", "update the price of…".

Tips

  • You can connect several sites and give each one to a different agent.
  • If the site has no WooCommerce, the agent works with content only.

Requires WordPress application credentials (user and application password).

Yoast SEO

What it is

If your WordPress runs Yoast SEO, the agent reads and adjusts the SEO fields of each content: SEO title, meta description and keyphrases.

How to use it

  1. 1Connect WordPress as in the previous item.
  2. 2Ask it to optimise the SEO of a specific post.
  3. 3Or to review the weak ones and suggest changes.

Tips

  • Ask for a before and after so you can see exactly what it touched.

Requires The site must have the Yoast SEO plugin active.

Odoo

What it is

Connect your Odoo and the agent works inside it: products, customers, quotations, invoices… within the account's permissions.

How to use it

  1. 1Connect Odoo in Connections (server, database and credentials).
  2. 2Assign it to the agent.
  3. 3Ask for the operation: "create a product…", "invoice this to the customer…".

Tips

  • You can register several Odoo instances and split them across agents.

QuickBooks

What it is

Connect your QuickBooks with Intuit's authorisation and the agent can read and create customers, products and invoices through that connection.

How to use it

  1. 1Connect QuickBooks from Connections and authorise access.
  2. 2Assign it to the agent.
  3. 3Ask for the query or the record you need.

Tips

  • The permissions are up to you in the Intuit authorisation.

Requires QuickBooks authorisation granted.

Email

What it is

Your agents can send email. You connect the provider from your account (SMTP, Resend or Postmark), so the sender is yours.

How to use it

  1. 1Set up your email provider in Settings → Email.
  2. 2Assign it to the agent that should send email.
  3. 3Ask for the send: recipient, subject and body.

Tips

  • There is an hourly sending limit to protect the domain's reputation.
  • Using your own provider gives you control over the sender and the replies.

Requires An email provider configured in your account.

06

Automation

Let them work without you, and let them tell you.

Scheduled tasks

What it is

Schedule work to run on its own: daily, at an interval or at a specific time.

How to use it

  1. 1Create the task in Tasks: title, instructions, agent and when.
  2. 2Follow the result in the task's history.
  3. 3Edit, pause or delete it whenever you want.

Tips

  • You can also ask the agent, in chat, to create or change a task for you.
  • If the account runs out of both balance and plan quota, tasks pause on their own and resume when you top up.

Telegram

What it is

Link your account to a Telegram bot to get your agents' notices and to talk to them from your phone.

How to use it

  1. 1In Settings → Telegram, link your account to the bot.
  2. 2Get task notices and alerts right there.
  3. 3Message the bot to talk to an agent: /agentes lists yours and /usar picks which one you talk to.

Tips

  • It's the handiest way to follow scheduled tasks.
