# Everything your agents know how to do

> A detailed, capability-by-capability guide: chat, voice, documents, web, browser, skills, MCP, WordPress/WooCommerce, Yoast, Odoo, QuickBooks, email, scheduled tasks and Telegram.

Every capability, one by one: what it is, how to use it and what it needs. This is the reference guide to get the most out of your agents.

## Conversation

Talk to your agents, by typing or by voice.

### Chat with AI

**What it is:** Your main interface: you type and the agent replies with memory of the conversation, with tables and lists when they help, and with the option to download the answer.

**How to use it:**

- Open Chat in the menu and pick the agent.
- Write your message and send it; the agent will use its tools while answering.
- Attach images or files in the same message if the task needs them.
- Download the answer from the message itself if you want it as a document.

**Tips:**

- Shift + Enter adds a line break without sending the message.
- Every conversation keeps its history: come back to it whenever you want.

### Voice dictation

**What it is:** Speak instead of typing: your voice is transcribed and sent as a message, in whatever language you speak.

**How to use it:**

- Press the microphone in the message box.
- Speak normally and check what appears in the field.
- Send it as is, or fix it before sending.

**Tips:**

- It works better with headphones or in a quiet place.
- If your browser can't dictate, you can dictate with your own OpenAI key from Settings.

**Requires:** The built-in dictation is billed per minute; with your own key there is no platform cost.

## Vision and documents

Let the agent read what you see: images, PDFs and files.

### Images and PDF

**What it is:** Send a photo, a screenshot or a PDF and the agent reads it: it describes what's there, pulls the data out of an invoice or summarises a long document.

**How to use it:**

- Attach the image or PDF with the clip (or drag it into the chat).
- Ask whatever you need about that file.
- If the data must be exact, ask for it as a table so you can copy it.

**Tips:**

- Images must be under 5 MB.
- A scanned PDF (no text layer) is processed as an image: it understands those too.

**Requires:** Needs a model with vision; iflow-v1 already has it.

### Files and documents

**What it is:** Each agent has its own file space: what you upload and what the agent generates. It can read, summarise or transform any of them.

**How to use it:**

- Upload files to the chat or to the agent's space.
- Ask it to work with them: summarise, compare or convert.
- Review everything in Files, where you can download or delete.

**Tips:**

- Storage is per account; your files never mix with anyone else's.

## Web

Search and actually visit pages.

### Web search

**What it is:** The agent searches the internet so it answers with today's information, not just what it remembers.

**How to use it:**

- Just ask: "search for…", "what are people saying about…?".
- The agent looks it up and tells you what it based the answer on.
- If a page won't load properly, have it use the browser.

**Tips:**

- The search engine (DuckDuckGo or Tavily) is chosen in Settings.

### Real browser (JavaScript)

**What it is:** When a page needs JavaScript to show its content, the agent opens a real browser, renders it and can interact with it: click, search within it and navigate.

**How to use it:**

- Ask for a specific page, or let the agent decide when search isn't enough.
- The agent opens the page, waits for it to load and comes back with the content.
- Ask for a screenshot if you need to see the result, not just read it.

**Tips:**

- There is a daily page limit per account.
- If a page gets stuck, the render is cut off after 40 seconds.

## Skills and MCP

Extend your agents with your own know-how and with external tools.

### Your own skills

**What it is:** Package your own procedure —rules, steps, criteria— into a skill. The agent will invoke it when the task fits.

**How to use it:**

- Create the skill in Skills with its description and instructions.
- Test it with the run button to check it does what you expect.
- Ask the agent for a task that fits and it will use it on its own.

**Tips:**

- The clearer the description, the better it knows when to apply it.

### MCP servers

**What it is:** Connect MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and your agents gain whatever tools they expose, without us having to build them.

**How to use it:**

- Add the server in Connections → MCP (URL and authentication).
- Assign it to the agent that should use it.
- The agent will see its tools and use them when needed.

**Tips:**

- You can have several servers per account and split them across agents.
- Authentication accepts headers or JSON, whichever the server asks for.

## Apps

Work inside your tools: content, store, ERP and email.

### WordPress · WooCommerce

**What it is:** The agent manages your WordPress like an editor would: posts, pages and comments; and if you run WooCommerce, products and orders too.

**How to use it:**

- Connect the site in Settings → WordPress/WooCommerce (URL and credentials).
- Assign the site to the agent.
- Ask for the task: "publish an article about…", "update the price of…".

**Tips:**

- You can connect several sites and give each one to a different agent.
- If the site has no WooCommerce, the agent works with content only.

**Requires:** WordPress application credentials (user and application password).

### Yoast SEO

**What it is:** If your WordPress runs Yoast SEO, the agent reads and adjusts the SEO fields of each content: SEO title, meta description and keyphrases.

**How to use it:**

- Connect WordPress as in the previous item.
- Ask it to optimise the SEO of a specific post.
- Or to review the weak ones and suggest changes.

**Tips:**

- Ask for a before and after so you can see exactly what it touched.

**Requires:** The site must have the Yoast SEO plugin active.

### Odoo

**What it is:** Connect your Odoo and the agent works inside it: products, customers, quotations, invoices… within the account's permissions.

**How to use it:**

- Connect Odoo in Connections (server, database and credentials).
- Assign it to the agent.
- Ask for the operation: "create a product…", "invoice this to the customer…".

**Tips:**

- You can register several Odoo instances and split them across agents.

### QuickBooks

**What it is:** Connect your QuickBooks with Intuit's authorisation and the agent can read and create customers, products and invoices through that connection.

**How to use it:**

- Connect QuickBooks from Connections and authorise access.
- Assign it to the agent.
- Ask for the query or the record you need.

**Tips:**

- The permissions are up to you in the Intuit authorisation.

**Requires:** QuickBooks authorisation granted.

### Email

**What it is:** Your agents can send email. You connect the provider from your account (SMTP, Resend or Postmark), so the sender is yours.

**How to use it:**

- Set up your email provider in Settings → Email.
- Assign it to the agent that should send email.
- Ask for the send: recipient, subject and body.

**Tips:**

- There is an hourly sending limit to protect the domain's reputation.
- Using your own provider gives you control over the sender and the replies.

**Requires:** An email provider configured in your account.

## Automation

Let them work without you, and let them tell you.

### Scheduled tasks

**What it is:** Schedule work to run on its own: daily, at an interval or at a specific time.

**How to use it:**

- Create the task in Tasks: title, instructions, agent and when.
- Follow the result in the task's history.
- Edit, pause or delete it whenever you want.

**Tips:**

- You can also ask the agent, in chat, to create or change a task for you.
- If the account runs out of both balance and plan quota, tasks pause on their own and resume when you top up.

### Telegram

**What it is:** Link your account to a Telegram bot to get your agents' notices and to talk to them from your phone.

**How to use it:**

- In Settings → Telegram, link your account to the bot.
- Get task notices and alerts right there.
- Message the bot to talk to an agent: /agentes lists yours and /usar picks which one you talk to.

**Tips:**

- It's the handiest way to follow scheduled tasks.
